Recently I discussed with a friend about hair loss and ageing so I thought I would share some of my thoughts and resources here. Many issues like hair loss are not always caused by age but instead age-related. Most if not all of what is discussed here will use credited professionals as references so you can do your own research. The purpose of this content is not to shame but rather educate and of course, this is largely based on my own researched opinion and I am not a medically trained professional. Disclosure done.

What is Aging And How We Can Prevent It?
Many years ago I had the fortune of running across a man named Dr Aubrey De Grey and he changed my perception of the ageing process forever so I could react to it better. Ageing is not a chronological issue it is a biological issue a lifestyle issue and a metabolic issue. As Dr Aubrey described it ageing is the accumulation of damage. Unfortunately, a lot of Dr Aubrey De Grey's aka the timelord research is a long way off and scientists like him are not always the best at promoting themselves. However, there are many things that you can do about the ageing process today by addressing it for what it is within the research we already have available to us.
The Most Important factor To Aging Better Is Your Mentality
As we know the Saiyan's are a warrior a race who stay in their primes for longer so they can fight longer, step one to ageing like Saiyan is to distinguish between chronological causation and chronological relation.
Problems like Arthritis, Alzheimer, cancer and body aches such as knee and back problems are associated with ageing but can affect people of any age.
Inflammation Control
As the quality of our DNA diminishes one of the major problems is that we become less capable of dealing with inflammation. Consider the causes of unnecessary inflammation within your body and adopt some anti-inflammatory habits. Tendonitis means inflammation of the tendons Arthritis means joint inflammation. There are children with arthritis and tendonitis this is not age caused by age it is age-related as you get older your body's ability to deal with inflammation suffers.
Consider monitoring the effects of your diet closely for anything causing inflammation you may not be aware of, the usual suspects are processed foods, milk, and anything with ingredients in bold this is a very individual thing I spoke to a personal trainer who would get arthritis in their legs if they ate too much red meat.
Find foods that reduce inflammation personally, I find fruits, and vegetables are great and chamomile and herbal teas can be more effective.
Dragon Ball's Hyperbolic Time Chamber Conditions Improves inflammatory Response

Alzheimer's disease is heavily under-researched but Saiyan's don't lose their minds even under Babidi's control.
The sauna is one of the things that has been shown to guard against Alzheimer's disease. A Really hot bath up to the neck is almost as effective as the sauna so you can apply this knowledge today.
Vitamin D is another thing that has been shown to guard against Alzheimer's, most of us in the Western hemisphere are deficient. consider the levels of a group of people who live in a care home and or have a hard time moving in general. Their vitamin D levels are over minus 9000. Alzheimer's may correlate with age but not everyone gets it in many cases it may also correlate with lifestyle.

Stretching And Strengthening Like Goku Increases Mobility At Any Age
The first time in my life I experienced Knee pain was after I started sitting all day to work. Most Knee, back and ankle problems in ageing are not caused by time per se they are caused by long-term bad habits. If you sit at home and then sit on your travel to work and then you sit mostly at work for say 5 years your body will mould itself and get used to distributing your weight for an unnatural amount of sitting which will manifest in pain somewhere. A lot of people go to the doctor for knee pain or back pain and the doctors cannot find a problem with the knee or back because there is no problem. It does not take a lot to see why it won't take even 5 years for these problems to occur much less the later years of your working life.
Knees Over Toes Philosophy
Consider the philosophy of someone far more renowned than me in this subject Knees over-toes guy. His concept is very simple if you have pain it means you are either too tight somewhere or not strong enough somewhere. You should not avoid Knees Over toes instead you should be strong enough and flexible enough to put knees over toes without injury. I'm working on mobility myself.

Level Up And Regrow Hair
The longest hair I ever saw in my life was when I was in the West Indies, I saw a six-foot man with hair that I'd estimate to be 5 foot 10. When I started losing my hair I did not blame ageing because of my unique perspective that I think the world will eventually adopt. After feeling lethargic I started supplementing vitamin D and like a sensu bean, my energy returned although my hair did not spring up like a super Saiyan 3 my hair loss stopped and If do like TLC said in Creep and keep it on the down low nobody would know. By down low I mean level 1 or lower your barber knows.

Is Bald Nappa A Better Look
I may have stumbled across an answer to the first question we ask about Nappa. So what would Nappa look like as a super Sayian?
During my research, I found out that Nappa is not bald by force he shaves his head out of discipline, like Krillin a monk. So I guess his hair could grow like every other Super Saiyan. But would he revert to his original bald state after powering down?

DHT or dihydrotestosterone for long is a powerful form of testosterone that is a major cause of hair loss in some men.
I have regained most of my hair with secrets I used to think Nappa would be envious of because of research into natural DHT blockers natural remedies and trial and error. Intermittent Fasting Benefits Many Things
As we age our natural hormone production can go down which can lead to loss of energy and muscle. Saiyans maintain muscle.
I already spoke about the time chamber and diet but what about not eating? Studies in mice have shown that giving them a shorter feeding window results in massive increases in growth hormone and longevity.
There are dangers involved in intermittent fasting if you have an eating disorder. Personally, I do 16 hours most days and am aiming for 36 hours once a week. Some fasting benefits also include a reduction in inflammation, balancing sugar levels, increased stem cell production and activating genes that fight ageing.
Dr Rhoda Patrick and Dr David are two great sources to learn about fasting and longevity.
Stress Is Good For You
Stress is not an all-or-nothing subject. Discipline, exercise, fasting heat and cold treatment are all forms of stress. The most important thing to ageing well is an effective stress management strategy. Adopting the right kind of stress will help you manage the less generally beneficial forms of stress. For some context, long-term stress depletes vitamin and mineral supplies like zinc and magnesium and increases inflammation. A well-rounded diet will help your body resist resource depletion.
Certain foods are known to possess adaptogens which help you adapt to dress.
I don't think there is even one on-ship anti-gravity scene in the Dragon Ball series.
